So they can move forward towards a life of greater alignment, while still finding balance and freedom in their finances and in how they’re spending their time.

Hey there!
I’m Marita Hansen.
As a former sales leader and high performing female myself, I know firsthand what it feels like to climb the ladder quickly and reach a level of financial success, yet still feel lost, disconnected, and unfulfilled in day-to-day life. I never felt like I had “enough.”
I knew that I was born to lead, but I was regularly overwhelmed and drained energetically in my career, creating a bigger gap and loss of connection in many areas of my life.
I reached a crossroads of knowing there was more out there for me, but not having a clue what it was or how to pursue it. It was through this journey that I leaned into the power of self-care and spirituality and hired my first coach to help me identify what my TRUE purpose was.
I discovered my greatest passion was helping other women break free from the discomfort they felt in this space of career purgatory… not knowing what comes next.
Today, I help high performing women get unstuck in their careers, find joy and alignment in their lives, and create balance and freedom, both in their finances and in how they spend their time.
